Multi-layer molds play a very important role in the film molding of high-performance plastics. In particular, the feed block is more economical than the multi-manifold T-die and can accommodate various resins. Even with a viscosity difference of 10 times in the feed block, it is possible to eliminate encapsulation issues and achieve a uniform multi-layer ratio by exchanging or adjusting the shape of the merging section's vane. The shape of the vane can also be bent. Additionally, it is possible to operate a single-layer T-die with a multi-layer feed block attached.
